I've decided to kiss goodbye to my 30's in true suicidal fashion by jumping out of a plane...apparently at 40 you need a doctors note to partake in such reckless behaviour so I've got there just in the nick of time!!

Despite suffering from severe vertigo (anyone who witnessed my meltdown on Crib Goch will know what I mean!) this ones been on my bucket list for years, so please help me achieve it by making a donation to Pilgrims Hospices - a truly wonderful charity, filled with wonderful people, which I've been lucky enough to work at for two years now. Hopefully I will survive the jump and be back to work bright and early the Monday after...
